Not getting new claims

Hello,

For 2 of our ACOs, the newest date for CCLF data is 2025-06-30.  Below are the jobs.  I ran both patient and group endpoints.  I even tried to lookback a few months for these jobs.

Hi Lb,

Thank you for reaching out about the issue receiving new claims. Please provide some additional information so we can better understand the issue you are having with the API:

1. What is the most recent lastUpdated time available from the ExplanationOfBenefit resources in your recent job requests?
2. What is the most recent service date available from the EOB resources in your recent job requests?

Keep in mind that BCDA's adjudicated claims data in EOB resources is updated each weekend. If we're aware of any delays to that process, we will notify the Google Group.

It seems like we aren't getting July claims for some reason.

The missing claims showed up when we did a pull this weekend. Do you know why there would have been a delay?

Thank you for confirming July claims were available in your most recent data request. We're reviewing the details of the jobs you sent us last week and the claims of enrollees attributed to that ACO for any potential explanations for the delayed data.
