Hi BCDA Community,

Beginning Thursday, May 30th, BCDA has experienced delays in receiving new and updated partially adjudicated claims data.

How does this affect your organization?
REACH ACOs requesting partially adjudicated claims data using the Claim and ClaimResponse resources may not receive claims data that are newer than May 30th, 2024.

You may continue to make requests, however until this issue is resolved, BCDA data contained in Claim and ClaimResponse resources may not reflect updates to partially adjudicated claims made since May 30th.

There is no impact to adjudicated claims data, the EoB, Patient, or Coverage resources.

What's next?
Our upstream data providers are working hard to get the latest partially adjudicated claims data to you. We'll provide an update once the issue has been resolved or tomorrow morning - whichever is sooner.

Please reach out if you have any questions or feedback about this issue.

Thanks,
The BCDA Team

Hi BCDA Community,

The issue has been resolved and BCDA is fully caught-up on partially adjudicated claims data from the past few days.

You may wish to make a request to retrieve partially adjudicated claims data that may have been omitted from your previous requests. To do so, submit a request to the /Patient or /Group/all endpoints using both the _type parameter to select Claim and ClaimResponse resources and the _since parameter to retrieve only claims data from May 30th, 2024 and onward. See Requesting Filtered Data for more details on the _since and _type parameters.

As a reminder, there was no impact to the availability of adjudicated claims data, the EoB, Patient, or Coverage resources.

Please reach out if you have any questions or feedback about this issue.

Thanks,
The BCDA Team
