I'm down for checking it out. Also would anyone be interested in a few games tomorrow, anytime? I'm bummed we didn't have enough yesterday.
The rink has got to be better than the garage, hope we try that out.

Did you miss the email saying it is better to ask forgiveness than permission? This is obviously the kind of response you were going to get. Not really sure why you did it.

Just got the organization application form...everyone fine with keeping Blacksburg Bike Polo? Anyone care about officer positions or any of that jazz?
Are you guys seniors? Try to make the officers, especially the president, the people who will be at VT as students the longest. This makes renewal easier. I am not a student but I could probably be the faculty advisor if we need one. I’ll be here through next December most likely.

Me, Browning, and Matt are Juniors, so I figured we would be officers if that works for them. Hopefully we can find more students to play/replace us over time. We aren't required to have an advisor so that shouldn't be a big deal, might get one next year if we try to get funding or something.

Yea when I talked to the guy last year it seemed he just wanted us to be a student group...I need to turn the form in...and then meet with him, maybe donate some cashola?
I'm lazy as shit. I'll turn the club form in this week, then email the guy again. Ideally, they won't care about getting money anymore.
I wouldn’t bring up the possibility of donating cash, unless one of you has a rich uncle I don’t know about. I’d rather spend my dough on drinkin good beer at the old court (our current court). I’m down for a little sweat capital though.

Is this real life, or is sprinks remembering a different blacksburg?
There's a skatepark in blacksburg?
Back when polo was cool, and you were lucky to get in a couple games because of so many people showing up, we used to use the roller hockey court on Wednesday and Progress on Sunday. The roller hockey court is much smaller and is ideal for 2v2. 3v3 is doable but definitely not more. There was a group that had historically used the roller hockey rink for hockey on Sundays so we never tried to do it there on Sundays, plus with bigger attendance on Sunday, the larger court was ideal.

Yeah, not sure why I said that, must have been thinking of 2v3 like we often do now when only 5 peeps show up. I don’t know how google polo would work, I just remember in real life, 3v3, that court gets cramped. It would, however, help improve on ball handling, defense, and passing skills a bit more than a big slap and run court like we have now.

Personally, I think lessening the speed of play would hurt polo skills all around. But I don't know how small this court is.
Browning can shred a skateboard pretty hard. He might give us a demo if we start playing polo over there.
