Are the Maple Village Apartments any good?

I'm thinking about renting one of the Maple Village Apartments (behind Party
Central) but I don't know anything about them. Is there anybody who knows
if they are a good place to live or not? I'm on disability, so price is a
major factor in choosing a place to live. These people seem to offer low
prices, but that always seems to come with a catch.
