The bedroom is 22ft X 10ft, closet and bathroom are 9ft X 5ft. Each
room is wired for NTC ethernet/cable/2 phone lines. This room has a
full tub with shower.

This is a basement handicapped accessible apartment in Collegiate
Suites. These are 4 bedroom apartments that are made into 2 bedroom
apartments!!! There are only 6 of these units in Collegiate Suites I
think, so they are very desireable! It's a really sweet apartment but
I'm moving into a townhouse with some friends so I need to find
someone for my roommate.

The living room and kitchen are huge, equivalent to the 4 bedroom
apartments here in Collegiate Suites. The apartment is a total of
about 1225 square feet, and includes washer/dryer and it's own hot
water heater. We're on the end of CS near Terrace View and University
Terrace. BT is about a 1 minute walk, no big deal.

Male or Female is fine. My roommate Luis is a 22yo male undergrad at
tech.

Rent: $355 plus 1/2 utilites
