Gentlemen,

The monthly expense report is attached and the expense sheet for 2021 has been updated at - Ongoing_Expenses - Google Sheets.

Do have a look at the content and all corrections/comments are welcome.

Could someone put a number to these listed monthly recurring obligated expenses please (also add if I missed any):

- Doddveranna's salary

- Fuel for Doddveranna's TVS

- Basvangowda's salary

- Mahadevamma's salary (I guess Shruthi's salary is now negated)

- Gas cylinders for both homes?

- Animal feed (Chicken/Cat/Cow/Dog)

Dear All,

Just taking a look at the expense excel, we are of course adding details of the specific expenses (which is good), but at the same time we are not able to classify this recurring expense under the heads which doesn't help. Maybe some of us (if not all of us) need to sit through to get the expense sheet in order with respect to the heads. Also, we need to put the salary and advance paid to the families so that we do not lose the information (as the information lies more in the details).
Hope we can catch up soon to put these in order, summer is not a great time to be at the farm, but it's a good time to sit and put these things together :) and Ugadi is around the corner.
