Monthly expenses (closure of 2023).

Hi All,

Please find the updated expense sheet at Ongoing_Expenses - Google Sheets. Our monthly contribution status is shared as an attachment. Please open this in MS excel to see the comments associated with individual cells. Do confirm that the numbers match your expectations :-)

To be on par until December, the dues are listed below:

Hemanth - 32,042/-

Narayan - 84,000/-

The rest of us are all positive.

The pool owes the following amounts:

SL - 1,49,489/-

BC - 54,355/-

So, each one of us will have to pool in about 11,000/- to settle all dues. I thus propose that the pool amount for the month of January is 16,000/- (11K + the usual 5k). Please share your thoughts if this is OK with all. We could also stagger the amounts over 2 months and have the pool amount as 10K each for January and February.

Meanwhile, I noticed that a few UPI payments(total of 1,277/-) meant for me have inadvertently fallen into the BBT account. These are listed below and I have transferred the equivalent to my account.

And to make things simpler, please note that:

 - Srikanth has an excess of 1K in the pool. So, transfer 15K for Jan.

 - Rajendra Hegde has an excess of 12K in the pool. So, transfer 3K for Jan

 - SL and BC have an excess that tends towards infinity. So, DO NOT transfer to the pool unless specifically asked by me :-).
