Bbr v3 in ubuntu 26.04 LTSC

Can anyone confirm whether bbr v3 is included in ubuntu 26 , which ships with kernel 7.

I would be surprised if BBRv3 is in Ubuntu kernels; I'm not aware of Ubuntu cherry-picking the BBRv3 code into any Ubuntu kernels.
