Hi, I want to find which BBR version should I use, than I found this patch (

) is what I needed.

But when I upgrade to this linux version (4.20) and test it with netperf,

I can't get the same result:

1. I can't find netperf "-- -q" option

2. What is "Test showing FQ pacing quantum artifact for low-rate flows" meaning ? How low-rate is it ?

Am I missing something ?

Or how can I proof this patch will work ?
