It seems BBRv2 is an optional congestion control for Windows TCP, at least as of Windows 11 22H2.

Good afternoon Please tell me - is anything known about BBRv3 (or BBR Swift) for new builds of the Windows 11 operating system? Or is all we can activate so far only BBRv2?

It is bbrv2 till now for windows 11. As bbrv3 is still in development mode.
