Car parking requirement - Totally confusing vis a vis CDP 2015.

Hi,
The Bommanahalli zone bbmp rejected a proposal citing reason for 3 car
parks for FAR area of 300.00 sq. mtr in a multi dwelling unit.
The Car park table in the CDP 2015, clearly mentions that a one car
park is requried for a multi dwelling unit of greater than 50sq.mt to
150.00 sq.mtr. After which additional car park is required only if
the house area increases by 50% of the 150.00 sq.mtr = 225.00 sq.mtr.
But I had submitted a plan having the following.
1. Tenament 1 = 38.00 sq.mtr.
2. Tenament 2 = 325.00 sq.mtr.
Why should the autodcr ask for 3 car parks for this case.
Kindly share your views ASAP.
