Hi,

I have recently uploaded one dwg, and the failed report is asking for
a car park x 1 no for a house size of 22.22 sq.mtr built up area only.

I don't know how have these guys given such kind of crazy rules to the
dcr software. Any body to comment.
In another case 40x60 site requires 3mtr front setback to erect a
transformer, if the total built up area is more than 500.00 sq.mtr. I
don't know whether this rule is still applicable.

Any comments please.

thanks

absolutely ridiculous,!!!!!!!!
parking requiment is one car park betwenn 50smtr and upto 150.00smtr in Ring 2 and 3..
no car parking upto 100smtr in Ring one.

transformer requirement is 3.0x5.0Mtrs, when built up area exeeds 500smtr in total.this may be the reason ,they are asking 3.00Mtrs set back as against 2.20. which is 12%of 18.29.

we must collectively approach director of town planning to resolve the issues.otherwise where is the end???????????

Hi folks,

you are right sridhar. We must collectively approach the director town planning for these mess created by them.

kindly let us make this group atleast 10 strong, so that we approach collectively. nos. does matter.  Refer or invite members whom you know.

Meanwhile sridhar, just sms me whenever you have an intention of visiting bbmp head office. I will sync up with you.  Also I will sms to you when I intend to go, and you can try to sync with me.

Others in this group kindly make a small note of the problems or glitches faced by you in the software or byelaw and we shall all go and visit bbmp headoffice director.

Let us make this a collective issue.
