Suvarna paravanige Application & General application.

[BBMP DCR community]

Hi all,

Kindly reply.

After submitting the BBMP Dcr drawing online and getting the LP no,
which application & indemnity bond paper should we use for submitting
hard copy.

G+1 - suvarna paravanige
and above that General application? What is the creteria.

Hai,

 

This plan will work as general application only.

Suvarna paravanige is a scheme started in 2006, if you are submitting through residential welfare group, this may work. Through BBMP online submission section never get sanction within 3 working days,should go through all process. Check with BBMP officials to get latest status of suvarna paravanige scheme.

Hi,
Sridhar here. I have an enquiry.
Of late BBMP is insisting on Road cutting charges to be paid along with fresh plan sanction.
But for Existing and proposed building also they are demanding the old receipts which are sometimes 15 -20 years old.
what is the solution.
