Bifurcated site Setback on the road side.

Hi,

Kindly share your experiences regarding the below:

1. There is one Corner site of 50 x 80, and the corner portion is
bifurcated and sold as 40'x 50' . What is the setback that has to be
left on both the road sides.

2. Are you getting updates on the software. How to get the latest
version.

Leave 12% at both front sides and 8% on other sides.

They have no option to update the software.

Hi,

The 12% of the bifurcated depths or the original depths before bifurcation.  Because the  regulations say it is for the original depth.  One side it is o.k because any way the depth remains the same, but after it is bifurcated why should the margins be as per the original depth.

If possible just send the site plan wtih dimensions and road, forget the plot already sold. I can try to mark the setbacks for you.

Hi sabu,

Thanks for showing interest and replying to my queries quicktly.  If the plot that is sold is ignored, then it will definitely easy to plot just like a regular plot.  I will try and send it like that, and lets see what is the report given by autodcr.
