Plot with different lengths on sides!

Hai,

 

If have a plot with different lengths on both sides (eg.20 m and 30 m), how can mark the site in Pre DCR software (BBMP) to get the minimum 12% & 8% setbacks in site plan.

If anybody knows, please give answer.

when measured at any point,on that particular point, from site edge , set back should be 12% a nd 8%,
