I have replaced the SDROM2.ROM with a new version.
The old one had a stamp with 'SDROM ' instead of 'SDDOS '
The scripts for generating a SD-image file will work ok now.

Updated the rom image SDROM2.ROM and updated format program in the
manual.

I have improved the write_end routine. In version 2 it didn't work
100%, sometimes it generated an error.

I also added an extra 4050 for the MISO signal (3,3V in and 5V out).
