Dear EEFC Community,
Kitka is seeking a new songbird to add to our core professional ensemble in 2026!
We are specifically seeking vocalists who are adept at singing in both open/chest voice and “pure” (light vibrato) head voice styles. Familiarity with Eastern European folk singing and languages, and music-reading ability is preferred. A compelling, colorful
voice, engaging stage presence, accurate intonation, rhythmic capability, previous performance experience, vocal versatility, quick learning and strong ensemble singing and teamwork skills are essential.
Preliminary materials submission deadline:
Sunday, December 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST
Finalists will be invited for a live audition in the San Francisco Bay Area in mid/late January 2026.
Please help us to spread the word to the extraordinary singers in your circles!
