Below is the info about the Bay Area Croatian Choir we are starting.  We've only just pulled together the calendar, so if folks want to join after the first rehearsal we'd be happy to have them.

Hello Friends of the Croatian Cultural Center,

The Cultural Committee has been working hard to organize a Bay Area Croatian Choir, and we're ready to get started!  

Our Wonderful Director:  Astrid Kuljanic  https://astrid-music.com/

Music: For our first season we will be learning and performing music from various regions in Croatia, in the traditional Klapa style https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klapa, 

Who Can Join:  Anyone!  You do not need to be a trained singer or of Croatian heritage.  All are welcome.  

Cost (to fund the Director):  $190 (10 rehearsals and 2 concerts)

Spring Term:  March 18-June 21

Locations: To accommodate as many folks as possible and make it easier for Astrid, 

our rehearsals will rotate between Sunday mornings at our hall in SF and Wednesday evenings in the East Bay (probably Berkeley)
