Hi:
I seek a tool that can:
Take an html template that contains column ID's and insert multiple column values (find, replace column values for 10001, 10002 and so on) across a row (delimited, excel, numbers) into that template, at the end of the row save it with a name from one of the columns, then take the same template and do it again, until the rows are exhausted.

Initial project is perhaps 1000 to 3000 rows of data.
