Pretty much every option that you might set in BBEdit's
Preferences window, with the exception of key shortcuts.
One may, however, transfer one's existing BBEdit prefs to a new
machine to serve as the "seed" for one's prefs there.
For convenience, you can use the following Terminal commands to
directly export and import BBEdit's prefs data. On the source
machine, enter this command:
defaults export com.barebones.bbedit ~/Desktop/BBEditPreferences.plist
then transfer the resulting file to the target machine and enter
this command:
defaults import com.barebones.bbedit ~/Desktop/BBEditPreferences.plist
to import everything.
(NB: Using these commands makes the process much easier than
chasing the actual files around manually. :-)
