Hi all,

I need to edit an epub file.

Easy to get to the .xhtml files, copy them on disk and edit the copies.

Problem is replacing the originals in the epub folder containing the initial xhtml files.

BBEdit always open the epub file in a 'Disk Browser' in which copying files is not possible it seems.

Am I missing someting ?

ePUBs are Zip archives, and BBEdit supports editing them in place. So you can make a backup of the ePUB, open it, and then edit the files right in the disk browser window.

Or you can unzip the ePUB, edit the files, and then rezip it.
