Debugging a text factory

Is there any way I can step through a text factory one command at a time, in order to find out which one is causing problems? I'm using text factories to run a chained series of grep replacements and this would be really helpful.

Also, it would be great if there could be a bit more space in the 'Options' section in the task list, so that I could see the entire grep command.

I'm also experiencing a display bug in long text factories whereby the little + and - buttons get detached from their command and appear in odd places. Anyone else seen this?
