Cannot 'see' my Clippings in BBEdit although in Library/App-Support?

Hi and good day,

After migrating to a newer Mac, BBEdit doesn't find my Clippings.

For some reason, the clippings were ignored by the Migration Assistant, so I moved them afterwards from the clone of the old iMac.

In BBEdit, the Clipping section (top menu) is greyed out.

However, the clippings are in the Library/ApplicationSupport/Clippings/Clipping-bucket/there they are.

Any advice in this situation would be helpful!

Choose "Open Clippings Folder" from the Clippings menu, and see if it opens the same folder in the Finder.

If not, then your clippings are in the wrong place. :-)

Yes probably.

Finder opens a folder long way down a path in … Library/Containers/BBEdit/Data/Library (again!*)/App Support (again!*)/ BBEdit/Clippings

So I- the amateur - thought I had done something wrong and therefor moved the Clippings up the path…

*Question:

Is this really correct to have "Library b (again!)/App Support” inside BBEdit/Data?
