I am running an iMac.

I started off using Text Wrangler years ago.. then 2+ years ago, I upgraded to BBEdit.  BTW, I love it.  Currently using the most recent release of BBEdit.  Near as I can tell Text Wrangler is no longer on my system.. only the newest version of BBEdit.

I just upgraded to MaxOSx 10.15.1 - Catalina on my iMac and my iMac is indicating under "Legacy Software" that Text Wrangler is still on my system.    What gives?   Anyway to find and remove that instance?

If there's nothing at the path(s) cited in the "Legacy Software"
list, and a Spotlight search doesn't turn up any stray copies of
the TextWrangler app (e.g. on a connected drive), then the OS is
just deluded :-) and hasn't properly refreshed that list.

(PS: For reference, the "Legacy Software" list on my own
Catalina machine is quite inaccurate.)
