Complicated workflow from pdf in Acrobat to BBEdit , back to another pdf

Hi:
I have the following: a folder named”ToProcess” that has a lot of ordered pdfs that will be opened in Acrobat (free edition).
Inside the folder is another folder named “Ready”
a) open the first pdf in “ToProcess”
b) copy all
c) New document in BBEdit
d) paste in New document
e) Process with text factory (which I have and works)
f) copy first line in BBEdit Document
g) Save, paste name (the first line that was copied in step f)
h) close document
i) move first file in folder “ToProcess” to folder “Ready”
Continue with next pdf until finish.
Is there a way to automate this? My hand is tired from moving the mouse):

Another option is to use Automator where there are actions for listing folders, extract PDF's text, create text file, etc.
