disappearing files in BBEdit / Dropbox

I open a new discussion (I mentioned it also here: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/bbedit/GtQDEOGncf8) in order to keep the thread small.
My setup:
- I use a Notes-Folder in Dropbox whith all of my text-files (that is md, txt, taskpaper - extensions).
- I do this in order to be able to access this files from my iPhone with the app Editorial
- I edit the files on my iMac using BBEdit
- I often let the files open in BBEdit
My problem:
- some of this files disappear! Take a look at this screenshot:
They are still open in BBEdit, but physically not there (= in Dropbox and in Finder) anymore.
The files were open in BBEdit but not in Editorial.
Right now I have two suspects (BBEdit and Dropbox) but I don't know how to investigate further.
The problem is important for me due to the fact that I have all of my text-files there (515 files - 19.8 MB right now) :-(
Do you have any suggestions?
