Markers and jump points

Somehow I never knew about Markers and Jump Points. I think I have to adjust the way I work since these seem so powerful. Right now I often split the screen and open in additional window etc, but this looks like it will let me jump around more easily.

Suggestions for the Markers Window:
* The Markers window needs to include the "clear" functionality - you should also be able to select one (or multi-select) and hit delete key
* It should also list the Jump Points, maybe in the bottom of a split panel

* I think the Jump points are displayed poorly: the line number and function are black, while the text is light grey, almost unreadable - I want to be able to read the Jump Point text more easily

* For each Jump Point, you should be able to click to turn it into a Marker

This would make Markers and Jump Points have a similar mental model to "History" and "Bookmarks"

* It should show the keyboard shortcuts (including assigned/edit ones) for all functions
