Program Overview:

The Group invites all to apply for The Eagle Program, an Entry Level-Leadership program offering world class cross functional training and business exposure that will equip you with skills and knowledge to build a successful and enriching long term career. This is an opportunity for talented sales and marketing professionals to work with the Franchisees of a Global Icon and The World's Most Valuable Brand.

Program Features:

• Cross-Functional field assignments.
• On the job coaching and mentoring by functional experts .
• Opportunity to participate in internationally accredited programs for building behavioral and leadership skills. 
• Stipend for the duration of the Program.

Eligibility:

Sales(Job Code: ESUS)

MBA in Sales and Marketing with 0-5 years of experience.

Candidates should also have:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Superior drive and result orientation
• Flexibility to travel and to relocate.

Eligible candidates will go through a selection process and the short-listed candidates will be provided an opportunity to be a part of Eagle Program.

On completion of this Twenty week program, the candidates will be assessed and successful candidates will be eligible to be considered for employment.
