Hi BBCers!

We did not do so well in our last inspection, so this is a reminder that your job for the week is posted on the bulletin board by the freezer and that it can change each week as the shifts move around.   

Also, we really cannot leave the scoops in with the food because that leads to contamination from where our hands touch the scoops.
