Dear members of the Brooklyn Bridge CSA –
During this holiday of thanks, I wanted to share some information about Pursue’s upcoming annual event – Inside the Activists’ Studio. The event is an opportunity to celebrate, honor, and in many ways, be thankful for, the incredible change-makers in our midst. We’re hosting a stellar line-up of panelists and presenters, including internationally acclaimed hip hop artist, Y-Love. If you haven’t seen his latest call to action, I encourage you to check it out!
By joining the Brooklyn Bridge CSA you all sustained an ongoing commitment this year to investing in a more just and sustainable food system. You made change.
So come on out on Sunday, December 5th, to learn
from and be energized by a community of your peers. We’ll be joined by Tablet Magazine’s Allison
Hoffman who will lead our
panelists in a provocative discussion about their respective experiences in
the diverse Jewish social justice movement. Our dynamic workshop presenters (such
as) will offer insightful skill-shares and we’ll top off the night
with great food (obviously!) and Hannukah festivities.
