Michelle,

Thanks for your interest in ResNet 1.2 and ResNet-GUI-2.1. We recently
created a Google Group for the discussion of this software. The
Technical Note in the "Files" section explains how to access the
Google Group. To help you use ResNet 1.2, I have uploaded the files
Namibia_input_set.txt and target50.txt to the "Files" section of the
BBCL_software Google Group. These are the files described on p.35-36
of the ResNet 1.2 manual. To help you use ResNet-GUI-2.1, I have
uploaded the files maml_target5.txt and wv_mammal_input.txt from the
worked example on p. 13-19 of Appendix 1 of the ResNet-GUI-2.1 manual.
When preparing these files, I noticed a minor typo in the ResNet-
GUI-2.1 manual. The number of species in wv_mammal_input.txt should be
60, not 63. I have corrected this in the ResNet-GUI-2.1 manual
available from the Biodiversity and Biocultural Conservation
Laboratory website ( http://uts.cc.utexas.edu/~consbio/Cons/ResNet.html).
If you have any additional questions about ResNet-1.2
or ResNet-GUI-2.1, please post them to the BBCL_software Google Group.
If you are using ResNet for teaching purposes, you may want to have a
look at the ConsNet Portal (http://consnet.org/). You can use the
ConsNet Portal to run ResNet over the web.

Thanks again,
Trevon Fuller

Hi,
I was wondering if I could possibly get a hold of the example input
from the Resnet manuals.
I believe it is Termite input files... "Nambia occupied cells" (GIS
3.2 file), input_set.txt and target50.txt(for resnet1.2), and "Quebec"
2tt5.txt, 3t10.txt, 3t15.txt, example.txt (Resnet 2.1 Gui). I'm not
sure about the names of these files, but just enough to run the
examples for the 2 programs would be great.
Or if these are unavailable, possibly another example data set with
instructions so that I am sure I understand how the program works.

Thank you for your time

Michelle
