LQGraph and ResNet instructions created by Ana Paula Giorgi

Dear BBCL Google Group members,

Ana Paula Giorgi of the UCLA Department of Geography has written a
thirteen page long document that explains how to use ArcGIS to create
a ResNet input file as well as the input files required by LQGraph. I
had a chance to read an early draft of this document and found it
helpful and thorough. The document contains several screenshots that
show how to fill out dialogue boxes in ArcGIS and ResNet and diagrams
that illustrate how LQGraph represents a geographical region as the
vertices of a graph. I just wanted to let you know about it in case it
might be useful for the work that you are doing. The pdf document,
entitled SCP Workflow Tutorial, can be downloaded from the Files
section of the BBCL Google Group.
