Created a barebones structure - post about the event, a ticket on do-attend for the race, volunteer registrations etc.

I dont have all race details at the moment. Digging up more info and fleshing out everything.

If you guys dont like anything lemme know please. Will edit it and change it.

Looks like Craig is making sure we have a kickass race. Need help in talking about this so that folks know we have a race this weekend!!
