Out of town on 21st

Hey folks,

Something's come up and I'll be out of town on July 21st for a family event. Sucks but I'll have to miss the DH race. I know I'd said I'll do the timing but I'm going to have to back out. Good thing is we have enough time to make alternative arrangements. Marghoob, will you be there for the DH event? Can we have a couple of days when we do trial runs to make sure you're up to speed with timing the event?

Are there going to be designated practice days like last year? These can be good for timing practice too.

Designated race days - yup. We do have them this time around too. One weekend before race day and the day before the race.

Hey Guys we will be doing practice sessions on the weekend ( tomo and Day after Included) - Please see if you can come. There are Now 2 Courses and they may run on Race Simultaneously.

It's at Turahalli, have you been there before? I heard from TVM that practice runs will be tomorrow 7am to 10am. Can we meet there at 8am?
