Hello there,

A few folks had expressed interest in helping with the organizational aspects of each BBCh race. 

Basically everything that we do to support a race - website, pre race/at race/post race activities, volunteering etc.

At the DH race we had planned to meetup tomorrow (Wednesday) at 4pm at BOTS. I hope everyone who agreed can still make it.

Its an odd hour but I could host a google hangout if folks would like to participate remotely.

Lets cap it to 1 hour and wrap up by 5pm.

Could not host the google hangout. It required some planning in advance!
Khuram is going to be handling this for the next meeting. Will send out invites if folks cannot make it.

Will also post up things we spoke about yesterday. Whoever could make it - thank you :)
