Deadlines and Checklist for Israel Trip 2015 (Feb 17-25):

Deadlines

Bethlehem Bible Church/NoCoRadio has a limited number of slots assigned to us (approx 24). We will fill those slots on a first come – first served basis depending on the date we receive your $300 deposit in the church office. If we fill all our slots we will establish a waiting list in case some cancel or more slots become available. Therefore put your deposit in as soon as possible. Don’t wait until the actual deadline date of October 15^th to reserve your spot (it is advertised on NoCo Radio and Wretched, etc.). Make sure to mark your money - "ISRAEL 2015" so that it is not counted in the regular offering.

Confirmed Dates: Feb 17-25, 2015 Israel. Feb 25-28, 2015 Jordan/Petra extension (and hopefully Moab!).

October 15^th

¥ Initial Deposit: ($300 pp Israel only, $400 for Israel and Jordan)
¥ Copy of Passport for each traveler to church office
¥ Reservation Form
¥ Travel Insurance monies (optional)

December 1^st

Remainder of Cost due
