Dear Members,

Sub: Monthly Meeting of BBC

The next monthly meeting of BBC shall be held on 13-1-07 at 3.30pm at Paulson Tourist Home Restaurant, Ernakulam.

Agenda

1. To finally decide about the continuance of BBC

2. Other matters of interest

All members are requested to intimate their willingness/unwillingness to continue in BBC on or before 13-1-07. Those willing should make the additional payment of Rs.5000 on or before 13-1-07. To those unwilling, the membership fee already paid by them (Rs.1000) shall be returned immediately on receipt of their resignation letter.

Those who do not respond to this letter on or before the meeting date, will be automatically treated as retired from the membership.
