BBC Meeting 5-12-06, 6pm

Dear Friends,

Only 3 members participated in the meeting heldat Sri Cherukara's Flat: Rajan George, Antony Joseph, and Joseph Cherukara. 

 

The members present felt that this is due to lack of interest in the activities of BBC. There is no point in continuing like this.  The members present unanimously came to the conclusion that the present members who  are not interested may be allowed to retire from the forum and refund their subscription towards membership being Rs.1000.  Such members may give a letter in writing to show thier willingness to retire from BBC.

 

If any member opt to continue, will have to make a remittance of Rs.5000 as decided in the previous meeting towards  establishment costs.

 

These are not decisions since the meeting did not have quorum. 

 

Therefore we have decided to hold one more meeting at Sri Rajans residence on Tuesday 5-12-06 at 6pm.  Those whoever present will form the quorum and the decisions taken shall be binding on BBC.

 

You are requested to attend this meeting.
