Hi Suman,
We have attempted to reproduce the reported screen reader latency issue
internally via various software builds but have been unsuccessful. In
order to further troubleshoot the issue, can you please provide the
following:

* Screen reader settings (speed, pitch, verbosity, sounds)
* Device model and OS version (both can be accessed via the main
Settings menu in the About submenu)
* Carrier

Also, can you advise if the latency you are experiencing is tied to
specific gestures? For example, do you only see it when in
touch/explore mode or when using the next and previous gestures?
Additionally, can you describe how often and to what degree you are
experiencing the lag. For example, is it only evident in some
instances, is it continuous or is the 5-10 sec delay an intermittent
worst case scenario? Could you also test your device to determine if
either turning the screen reader on/off or turning off the accessibility
sounds returns your device to a health state?
In terms of closing running apps, can you confirm you are tapping to
choose the running app and then using a two finger double tap to close it?
The scrolling gesture changed from 10.2 to 10.3 On 10.2, to scroll down
you would do a two finger swipe up. In 10.3, to scroll down you now do
a two finger swipe down.
Regards,
Rose

thanks a lot for the reply.
but i request you to kindly lookinto it as soon as you can since it is
the only phone i use and it became mess using this phone now.
i would like to tell you that the problem is not just with me. it is
with every one with this 10.3.1 os.
you would have tested the os before you send it to the phones.
because of your untested os we blinds are stuck with our works.

That's funny because we saw it on a Q10, Z30, passport and classic.

It may just be that they do not have any blind people in their development area have only a marginal idea of what a blind person needs  and consider what they have done to be acceptable
