Guide Lines for Final year Project Presentations

Dear Students,

Following are the guidelines for FYP presentation.

1. An FYP cannot be presented in the absence of supervisor, and the supervisor and faculty observer in case a project is being supervised by visiting faculty.
2. The student(s) will be given a predefined time period to present the FYP. Total time of presentation for each group/project will be 15 minutes ( seven and half minutes for presentation and seven and half minutes for Q&A session.  The panel and supervisor/observer must be present during the presentation.
3. The presentation session will be open to all students of FAST School of Management and may be recorded.
4. Panel will either Pass/fail the project where as supervisor will award the final grade.
5. In case of a disagreement a meeting will be arranged between the HoD, the panel and the supervisor, who will then decide the final grade.
6. Student(s) can be given a max. of up to two weeks i-e (11th June 2012) to resubmit their final thesis in a hard bound form. Hence the recommended changes should be minor in nature.
7. The final date to submit all hard bound thesis is 15th June 2012.
