Dear all,

if you wish to conduct further experiments on the Bacteria Biotopes dataset, you may evaluate your predictions in three ways:

1. Download the software on GitHub

This command-line tool checks and evaluates all the six sub-tasks on the training and development sets.

2. Online evaluation service

This UI checks and evaluates all the six sub-tasks on the training, development and test sets.

3. Evaluation API

This API checks and evaluates all the six sub-tasks on the training, development and test sets.

Troubleshooting

In case you find a bug in the evaluation, leave an issue on GitHub.

If the online service or API are unavailable, then send a message to Robert.Bossy or Mouhamadou.Ba at inra.fr.
