Full training and development dataset release

Dear participants,

we are pleased to announce the release of the full training and development dataset for the Bacteria Biotope 2019!

This is not a a mere revision of the annotated data, training and development set have been added extracts from full-text articles.

Please be sure to download the new files from the BB 2019 home page: https://sites.google.com/view/bb-2019

The following files have been updated:

* Training and development datasets for each task (norm, rel, kb, norm+ner, rel+ner, kb+ner)

* The evaluation program

* The annotation guidelines (minor revisions)

* The OntoBiotope ontology (except for rel and rel+ner tasks)

The supporting resources for the new documents will be available shortly.
