rules_go v0.25.0 is now available. See the release notes for a list of changes. Note that the WORKSPACE boilerplate now requires you to specify a Go version to download.

rules_go v0.24.8 is also out today with several bug fixes.

v0.24.9 will be out soon (possibly tomorrow) with support for new Go versions.
