Android App Bundles

Hello, I'm writing in to see if I can pull attention to issue #11497.

Starting in August it's going to be required to deploy Android App Bundles -- currently bazel only builds APKs. I believe that means that either companies that build Android apps using bazel either cannot publish or must migrate off bazel.

Is there going to be any work on this at all?
