When I went to file an issue, the template said "if this is a _question_ about how to build / test / query / deploy using Bazel, or a _discussion starter_, send it to bazel-...@googlegroups.com", so I will ask my question here.

It would be great if the 3.7.1 release could please include the fix for https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel/issues/12364 (bazel dynamic execution failures with (at least) buildfarm) since this was a regression in 3.7.0.

Is there an open GitHub issue for the 3.7.1 release that we could comment on?

The release issue is https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel/issues/12188 (the same as for 3.7.0 and the entire 3.7 series). I've seen the request and will evaluate and respond there today.
