Kind reminder: Bazel satisfaction survey Q1 2021

Hi all,

one more reminder to take this quarter's Bazel satisfaction survey if you haven't already. 

Apologies for nagging, this will be the last reminder. The survey will stay open ~2 more weeks. We'll share the summary of the results and our action items (probably in March/April). 

The input you are providing to us is valuable and will help us to both discuss priorities as well as improving our communication and documentation. The survey consists of two multiple choice questions and four open ended questions for both positive feedback :) and areas for improvement that matter to you.
