Looking for an example of aspect applied over other aspect

Bazel allows Aspect to be applied on top of the other Aspect, but so far I could not find any code example for it. I found Aspects to be very powerful and useful feature of Bazel and wonder what "nested" Aspects could do. 

Could somebody please point me at the entry level example of Aspect applied over the other Aspect?
