What's is the current status of running Python coverage in bazel?

Hi team:

I'm trying to run coverage in Python, when I ran it I got an empty coverage:

$ bazelisk coverage //rapidsos/libs:foo_test

....

$ cat ./k8-fastbuild/testlogs/rapidsos/libs/foo_test/coverage.dat

$ cat ./k8-fastbuild/testlogs/rapidsos/libs/foo_test/baseline_coverage.dat

How do I generate coverage data for a given test?
