Regarding Setup of Development Environment

Hi There,

I have been trying to setup the bazel environment but seem to have hit a roadblock. Can anyone advise me on how to perform this, or point me to the relevant documentation. 

I have looked at the documentation and tried to setup the environment but keep getting errors which happened on windows and wsl.
