Coverage reports for Starlark

Hi,

While working on slightly larger rulesets, I noticed a decent amount of dead Starlark code that would have been very easy to identify with coverage information. 

Is there any way to collect a coverage report for all Starlark executed during a build? If not, would a contribution in this area be welcome?
